week 46

today I feel odd. not necessarily overwhelmed… but more like joy mixed with frustration mixed with the constant feeling that I need to remember to do something. I think it’s because Ryan’s gone hunting and I’m in charge of running the house. (like it’s SO difficult… we’ re only 2 people) but little things like picking up dog poo and getting the mail… remember to take the trash to the curb… and loading the dishwasher— all the little multiple tasks that we both just do when they need done. I don’t know… just seems like a lot since it’s just me. just annoying. haha  I think I’ll have popcorn for supper and watch a chick flick tonight.

because i can.

and the dogs can’t object because they can’t talk.

we love arrow to PIECES.

twin dermatology appointments… and a fun, unexpected date day.

Thursday was a workday, obviously. All I seemed to capture this day was a blurry pic of the PPN newsletters. SO glad these little dudes made it out the door already. seemed like delay after delay. i’m really proud of this issue, though! have a skeleton outline for the Feb issue, too.

Friday Deb and I attempted to go to the outlet malls in Gretna.

On opening day.

We. are. stupid.

The traffic director guy gave us advice, which we took, and shopped elsewhere. Including Found & Flora for their holiday open house! SOOOO cute. Felt like Christmas is coming for sure.

…but it’s not here yet! I’m not sure if we should rake these leaves in our yard or not… new sod and all. Will it wreck it? advice? any tips? maybe the rotting leaves all winter will be good fertilizer for it.

or maybe I’m just saying that because lazy.

lazy sunday on the couch.

so we don’t have anyone in our house that can fit into this (except for maybe Arrow in a couple months) but I HAD to get it. It’s new old stock from 1940’s. Kat at Found & Flora picked a hardware store in some dinky town in Nebraska that had closed and basically left everything as it was. How cool are these jammies?! I got the one with the best butt flap. Cute winter decoration, nonetheless.
