the smallest bathroom in.the.world.

Let me start by saying that we have a tiny bathroom. One person at a time. It won’t always be this way, mind you… we have a plan to gut this and make a giant and awesome naturally-lit bathroom in about 3-5 years. But for now (while I have Ryan on full-throttle nesting mode) we thought it could use a mini-make over. At first the only thing on the list was a little grout refresher. But then the tile started looking pretty gross. Then the walls… not to mention the floor. And wouldn’t it bet better to get a smaller sink, too?

If you give a mouse a cookie….

here’s our main bath ‘BEFORE’

it’s about 4×4′ of space. certainly not ideal, but we have to make the best of it.

after removing the old track, Ryan just filled the crack with drywall mud.

then he used THIS miracle product to actually PAINT our tile!

Thank you Pinterest!

So for $20, we now have this pretty looking white tile.

new peel n’ stick floor… $70 because our square footage is so small.

a perk!

new shower head

 the ‘AFTER’

the new pedestal sink saved a few inches at least…

P.S. that black hole is our laundry shoot. ; )
