Ben and Catherine have February birthdays so we always do a fun little session with them. When their mom told me what they were wearing (bold color and patterns!) I knew white would be the perfect choice. Don’t you agree? The colors pop, as do their sweet little faces.

just popping in to say woweeee. I have a lot on my desk for design work/videos/volunteer stuff…. all stuff I LOVE but that’s not necessarily ‘shooting.’ It’s good to switch gears sometimes and I love the opportunity to be creative with other non-photography projects.
This session with Hannah + Levi was mud city! So glad I mentioned they may want to pack a spare pair of shoes they don’t care so much about.
It was a warm-ish day for February (not complaining) and we got rid of a bunch of snow… which led to extremely muddy conditions under the bridge. And we found a dead cat and evidence of a beaver. It was quite the adventure! Here’s what we captured….
Here are pics from our 8th annual Oscar Party fundraiser if you’d like to see! All proceeds go to help our local pets get adopted from our shelter. We feel so much love and support from our friends! We raised nearly $8K. Wowzers.
Hunter and Sandy are celebrating their 40th this year. They are so sweet and are so supportive in our community. Blessed to have them be called Wahooligans.
I could never ever get tired of shooting in this house. Remember it? I shot here a few times (see the full coverage of all this weirdo house’s quirks in this post). Random strange things around ever corner. Including a carpeted dresser. YES. A whole piece of furniture that looks like Oscar the Grouch.
Jessi gets to study abroad in France this spring to study textiles. So excited to watch her adventures unfold! Follow her here with me on Insta.
