Fourth of July has never been one of my favorite holidays… but it’s growing in ratings after this year.
We started off meeting my mom and her husband in Fairbury to go to the flea market (pics in instagrams)
Then the most delicious small town fried chicken and mashed potatoes money can buy… it even came with ice cream…
then onto Lincoln.
Our Aunt Sue and Uncle Rick just bought a house on Capital Beach. They are our new best friends.
Can’t wait to share many many many happy family times in this place.
It really is a dream. And only 25 minutes from our house!! : )
