Jake is a rat terrier that was found in Eastern Saunders County this week. When he was found as a stray by the sherrif, he had on a gross old sweater. After the vet cut it off, they found the most emaciated dog we’ve ever seen. Jake is being nursed back to health and will be up for adoption as soon as his health is restored. He has several health conditions related to his neglect, which leads to high medical bills.
