Okay. This is a personal thing what I’m about to write. But i’m pretty sure everyone who has a mouth can assimilate to my story and this blog is around to inspire people. right? so I will write about what inspired me regarding my… appetite and how I changed myself [inside and out] this year….
Becky S. - Thank you so much for sharing! I am in the same boat. I lost 24 lbs last year, but I’ve gained about 12 of that back recently. Mainly because I stopped using My Fitness Pal. Its amazing how much that made a difference! Thank you for your honesty!
stacy - Becky… good for you! I’m proud of you : ) and don’t feel discouraged….we all have setbacks. tomorrow is a new day. hop right back on the healthy eating and my fitness pal. you know you can do it! its never too late to begin again.

Rebecca R. - Awesome story!! Super creepy thing is that I’m exactly (I mean ex-act-ly) like you in April! Seeing your before and after photos are so helpful! Your before photo looks way better than what I see when I see myself at that weight! And after losing 20lbs… holy buckets! It’s crazy what a difference it can make. The goal of losing 20lbs is way more realistic to me after seeing and hearing what you were able to do! Thank you for the inspiration!
Did you only eat better and walk? Heck I would much rather do that! I’ve been going to the gym 3 days a week for the past 2 months and keep going going up and down 5lbs. Frustrating!
Also another reason to add to my list of “Why Rebecca NEEDS a Smartphone”…. My Fitness Pal app! 🙂
